Gok Wan with parents at Royal Opera House

Style guru Gok Wan hosted the 2013 Spectacle Wearer of The Year event at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden which was sponsored by Specsavers. The event benefited the anti-bullying charity Kidscape, an organisation close to Gok's heart as he suffered from bullying himself when at school. It was therefore most appropriate that Gok invited his parents along to the event. Gok had the audience in stitches with his many off the cuff remarks throughout the evening but was left speechless after introducing Dame Edna Everage who asked "Who are you darling?" - "Are you from a local Thai restaurant?".
