Ken Bruce, the most well-known radio host in the UK, will join the staff of Greatest Hits Radio in April of this year.
With a brand-new mid-morning programme from 10am to 1pm, the beloved host will join the Greatest Hits Radio family. Ken will open a lineup of presenters on weekdays that also includes Jackie Brambles in the early evening and Simon Mayo at Drivetime.
Following Rossie's Breakfast Show in England and Wales and Ewen & Cat's Breakfast Show in Scotland, Ken's show will be carried across the entire network. Regional afternoon programmes, hosted by Stuart Webster in Scotland, will come next, followed by Simon Mayo's Drivetime Show, before Jackie Brambles' evening programming.
This statement comes on the heels of last week's report that Greatest Hits Radio will rebrand as Greatest Hits Radio on April 3rd, making it Scotland's first national commercial radio station together with Clyde 2, Forth 2, MFR 2, Northsound 2, Tay 2, and West Sound in Ayrshire.
