Biography
The central figure for R&B group Destiny's Child, Beyonce was the talent behind such smash hits as "Say My Name," "No, No, No" and "Independent Women." Venturing out on her own, it was no surprise that her debut solo album, 2003's Dangerously In Love, garnered her five Grammy Awards in a single night. She released her sophomore solo album, B'Day,in 2006, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard charts. Beyonce also tried her hand at acting; you can see her foxy self in Austin Powers in Goldmember (2002), The Fighting Temptations (2003), The Pink Panther (2006), Dreamgirls (2006), Cadillac Records (2008) and Obsessed (2009)

After touring extensively, Beyonce released her third album entitled I Am... Sasha Fierce, using her "alter-ego" (or her "stage personality," Sasha Fierce) for inspiration. The album had several No. 1 hits like "If I Were A Boy" and "Single Ladies.
